Steps to Become a Yearbook Reseller
Step 1
Register as a reseller and request a pricing matrix for standard publications—yearbooks and other coffee table–style books—at wholesale rates.
Step 2
Upload any images or files that require special treatment or customizations—such as die cuts, lenticular prints, or unique packaging like book sleeves.
Step 3
Set customs workflow, submission dates, priority delivery schedule, inclusive pricing, free tools, and other terms. Sign a sales order for each publication,
Step 4
Request templates for the cover case, brainstorm printing treatments, and receive file setup instructions for proper print-ready files.
Step 5
We will provide one printed prototype for the cover case for review
& approval, included in the first
submission deadline.
Step 6
Provide 16 text pages (test) for flight-checking once they are ready. We recommend submitting them three months before the final submission deadline.
Step 7
You will package the entire book into a single PDF file for flight-checking during the final submission. However, multiple PDF files are also acceptable.
Step 8
We will flight-check the press-ready files, and you will receive soft proofs for review, last-minute changes, and
final approval.
Step 9
Printing will commence immediately afterward. You will receive two printed copies prior to bulk delivery, with follow-up provided both before and after delivery
