ADVISER MEETING
Schedule a 1-on-1 yearbook consultation or email us—let us understand your organization’s unique needs and overall vision.
CONTRACT
After reviewing our samples or software and finalizing your job specifications (quantity and page count), budget, deadlines, and delivery schedule, sign a contract.
SOFTWARE TRAINING
Access our online design software with year-round technical support and training—at no extra cost. We customize your experience based on how you plan to use the key features.
WORKSHOPS
We offer workshops on journalism, graphic design, and photography—covering various topics throughout the school year and summer break—at no additional cost!
SUBMISSION DEADLINES
Cover files are due before the final submission of the entire publication. Your specific deadlines will be tailored to your yearbook’s size, page count, and target delivery date.
MARKETING AND SALES
We’ll help you set up a customized online sales portal that simplifies yearbook marketing, launches effective campaigns, boosts visibility, and drives more sales!
FINAL DEADLINE
Design and submit the entire publication using our online software or a software of your choice, provided the final file includes crop marks, bleed, and is in print resolution.
PROOFING & PRINTING
We will provide soft proofs for your review and make any last-minute critical changes before printing begins. You’ll receive delivery updates both before and after shipment.
COMMUNITY VOICES
A survey will be conducted for service improvement. Advisers will be selected to be our podcast guests and share their experiences with our global yearbook community.
