Here are some moments, memories, and realizations, for which I am grateful. I reflect upon these through the lens of a yearbook adviser.

Yearbook students need to be assured that the Critiquing Process will NOT hurt them. Advisers will need to moderate the learning experience.

In order to sustain a yearlong group work environment, the classroom’s culture had to be definitively defined for a successful yearbook!
